Terms of Service

The terms that apply to this website and to training with Outlaw Training.

DRAFT / FOR REVIEW ONLY — This page is a working draft and has not yet been finalized for public use.

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and to personal training services provided by Zachary Outlaw-Gonzales d/b/a Outlaw Training. By using this website or training as a client, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information about training services. It is not medical advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.

Submitting a consultation request does not create a training relationship or guarantee availability.

Training Services

Training is provided in person and one-on-one. Programs are designed individually and may be adjusted at the trainer's discretion based on your goals, experience, safety, and progress.

Before training begins, clients complete an intake and sign the required agreements. Where a health condition, injury, or symptom warrants it, medical clearance may be required before training or before performing specific movements.

Health, Safety, And Assumption Of Risk

Physical training involves inherent risks, including muscle soreness, strain, injury, and in rare cases serious medical events. You are responsible for disclosing health conditions, injuries, medications, and limitations accurately and for updating that information when it changes.

You agree to stop and inform the trainer immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptom during a session.

Scheduling And Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled by appointment. If you need to change or cancel a session, notify Zach as early as possible so the time can be reassigned.

Late cancellations and missed sessions may count against your training package in accordance with the cancellation terms provided to you as a client.

Training Packages And Payment

Training is purchased in packages of sessions. Package terms, pricing, and session counts are confirmed with you directly before purchase.

Payments are recorded against your account and visible in your client portal. Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

Client Portal

Client portal access is provided for your own use. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for notifying Zach if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Conduct

Training takes place in shared gym facilities. Clients are expected to follow facility rules, treat staff and other members respectfully, and use equipment as instructed. Services may be declined or discontinued where conduct creates a safety concern.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Outlaw Training is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from participation in training, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes And Governing Law

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Questions about these terms can be directed to Outlaw Training using the contact details listed on the contact page.
