Privacy Policy

How your information is collected, used, and protected.

DRAFT / FOR REVIEW ONLY — This page is a working draft and has not yet been finalized for public use.

Overview

Outlaw Training is operated by Zachary Outlaw-Gonzales d/b/a Outlaw Training, serving Littleton and South Metro Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what information is collected through this website and during personal training, and how that information is used and protected.

Information You Share

When you request a consultation, you choose what to share: your name, email address, phone number, training goals, experience level, preferred training frequency, availability, and any notes you add.

If you become a client, additional information is collected privately during intake. This may include health history, injuries, medical clearance details, emergency contact information, signed agreements, training records, and payment records for your training packages.

How Information Is Used

Consultation details are used only to contact you and prepare for your conversation with Zach. Client information is used to design safe and appropriate training, keep required records, schedule sessions, and track your training packages and payments.

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not used for advertising, and it is never shared with other clients.

Health Information

Health and medical details are treated as confidential. Please do not include health details in the public consultation request form—those are collected separately and privately during intake.

Data Storage And Security

Client records, documents, and signed agreements are stored in a private, access-controlled system. Access is limited to Zach as the trainer and, where applicable, to you through your own secure client portal.

No system is perfectly secure, but reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Third Parties

Limited service providers may process information on behalf of Outlaw Training, such as hosting, secure data storage, and email or notification delivery. These providers may only use the information to provide their service.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to respond to a medical emergency.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted where there is no legal or record-keeping requirement to retain it. You may also decline to provide information, though some details are necessary to train safely.

You may opt out of appointment reminders and other non-essential notifications at any time.

Children

This website is not directed to children. Training for minors requires the involvement and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Changes And Contact

This policy may be updated as services or systems change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
